Experience
As Program Manager at the CB
Richard Ellis Mapping Center, Mary Leverance acts as liaison between the Mapping
Center and Brokerage, Marketing, and Research. She is responsible for promoting
Mapping Center products and capabilities to the field, researching client
satisfaction, and consulting with Mapping Center staff and the field regarding
specific mapping related needs. Mary is an integral part of the local
management team, and with them develops ways to implement and disseminate
information and projects to the Mapping Center staff. She creates user guides,
client-specific presentations, and best of class samples. With over 12 years of
GIS (Geographic Information Systems/mapping) experience in the commercial real
estate industry, Mary brings to the Mapping Center extensive GIS knowledge,
along with the ability to interpret and guide client requests that result in the
best possible product.
Prior to
her current role, Mary was the Mapping Center’s Operations Manager for three
years, overseeing a staff of 30 GIS professionals. She has been with CB Richard
Ellis since 1996, initially as a local mapping professional in the Newport Beach
office. She joined the Mapping Center in 2001, and as a GIS Team Lead
supervised a team of four GIS professionals. Mary provided mapping services for
Phoenix, a high volume national retail team, and the Retail Site Selection
Group.
